Hi! Im Tara. I have almost 20 years of experience as a Healthcare Compliance Specialist and Educator with a history of working in a variety of settings. I have done trainings and audits of medical offices, dental offices, funeral homes, and labs and more. I am an expert in OSHA regulations, OSHA Training, CAL OSHA, Federal OSHA, HIPAA training and GAP analysis, Hazard Communication, Emergency Preparedness, Medical Waste Regulations, RCRA, DOT, CA Sexual Harassment training and Infection Control. I am also a member of Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA). I love what I do and try to make it as easy for you as possible to become compliant.

Why us?
Our company can provide a high level of support to your staff - there is no calling into call centers or signing long contracts for our services. What We Offer
1) Onsite OSHA Annually Required Bloodborne Pathogen Training. We also cover medical waste sorting (what goes in sharps, red bags)
2) Onsite HIPAA training- reviews of Safety and Privacy officer roles, how to determine PHI/PII , breach notification, patient rights to privacy, OMNIBUS Final Rule, how to secure documents around the office including how to move electronic PII.
3) CAL -OSHA specific walk through/mock-inspection of your office. This will detail what is already compliant, what needs to be improved and what doesn’t apply to your office. After the inspection, your office will receive a report detailing what we found and how to fix anything that needs improvement.
